We’ll go through your goals, current routine, training history, nutrition habits, injuries, barriers, and the level of coaching or accountability that would suit you best.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, strength, powerlifting, injury management, or simply building consistency, this session will help identify the next best step.

From there, I’ll help you map out a clear direction and determine whether Catalyst Performance is the right fit for you.
