Face to Face Coaching
From $85 p/session
Whether you're new to training or looking to level up your results, Face-to-Face Coaching is built to help you get stronger, build muscle, lose body fat, and move with confidence.
What’s included:
Tailored Strength & Physique Training designed around your goals, fitness level, and schedule
In-person Coaching at our Taren Point facility, with movement assessment, technique correction, and real-time feedback
Customised Nutrition Support to align your food intake with your training goals, whether that's fat loss, muscle gain, or general performance
Access to the Catalyst Training App for session tracking, educational resources, recipes, and progress monitoring
Beginner-Friendly Environment that welcomes all experience levels, we’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you forward with confidence

Whether you’re new to the gym or an experienced lifter stuck in a plateau, Online Coaching gives you the tools, guidance, and accountability to lift better, get stronger, and feel more confident in your training.
What’s included:
Weekly Check-Ins with detailed video feedback to assess lifting technique, monitor progress, and provide expert coaching cues.
Ongoing Program Adjustments tailored to your progress and individual response.
Technique Analysis & Feedback to help you lift safely and efficiently, unlocking performance gains across all lifts.
Nutrition Integration, including personalised guidance, high-protein recipe resources, and education to support fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.

Powerlifting Coaching
$75 p/week
Whether you're chasing your first 100kg squat or preparing for a national-level meet, Powerlifting Coaching is built to help you move better, lift heavier, and feel more confident under the bar.
This coaching is suited to both beginners and experienced lifters who want to improve their performance in the squat, bench press, and deadlift, while also building a physique that reflects their strength.
What’s included:
Customised Strength Programming focused on progression, recovery, and technique
Video Feedback & Technical Analysis on all three lifts
Competition Prep (optional), including meet day strategy, taper planning, and attempt selection
Access to the Catalyst Training App with updated blocks, feedback, educational content, and tracking tools
Nutrition Guidance to fuel your strength goals and support body composition changes
